Meet our Team

DIPA TRIVEDI

Dipa has taught yoga for over 15 years . She is a french girl originally from India. For her, Yoga is about lifestyle and being able to incorporate it into day to day life.

Her style of teaching varies from pure Hatha to strong dynamic vinyasa flow. She has learnt Iyengar and Pilates for alignment, postural precision and always includes breathing and meditation into her classes.

She studies Osteopathy for deeper understanding of anatomy and science of the body.​

DERRY TEMPLE

With a passion for teaching, Derry combines his years of experience in Pilates and Yoga to bring you a Vinyasa class that is alignment based, connecting breath and movement in a flowing sequence. Derry believes in working both your body and mind to become a stronger, more supple and mindful person.

CHARLIE MERTON

Charlie began training & teaching within the tradition of Sivananda yoga, and since then her style has evolved into a slow, creative hatha & breath-based flow practice, with a focus on alignment and joints. She is passionate about delivering yoga for all, with an inclusive approach to making yoga accessible for everyBODY. She offers regular gong bath workshop at The Gherkin, during which  you chant, you breathe, you move and then you relax deeply with a sound bath.

PAUL MARSAT

Qualified Physiotherapist and Osteopath, Paul combines both disciplines to offer a more holistic approach to his patients. Paul's experience working in private practices in France and the Uk, professional sports clubs, London top gyms, a children's hospital as well as an African NGO, has made him into a well rounded practitioner. He also treats babies with respiratory issues such as bronchiolitis, as well as an array of developmental issues.
