We provide a consultancy service to assist companies in promoting wellness and optimal health in the workplace. Studies have shown that employees are more likely to be on the job and performing well when they are feeling good both physically and mentally. 

Whether you’re planning an office wellbeing day, a stand alone seminar or a series of talks  on health and wellness, yoga, sleep, nutrition and meditation, we’ll put together a programme at a bespoke cost, that will engage employees and boost the bottom line. 
The workshops are specially designed for businesses to teach practical and hands-on skills to employees that they can positively implement into their workday. • They are suitable for those who are completely new to yoga and meditation as well as more experienced practitioners.

Wellbeing Workshops


A combination of chair yoga, mindfulness meditation and some stress-busting breathing practices, all packaged together for a 60 minute dose of workplace wellbeing. The ideal workshop to break up a day of meetings and presentations or during busy, stressful times.

Developing mindfulness in an organisation has benefits for both the employer and employee and can include improved efficiency, resilience as well as better communication and relationships.  It is a tool that helps employees manage stress, live in the present moment, increase productivity and think more creatively.

Our clients

PWC- We held regular yoga and breathing classes in their chiswick park office. After each session, they felt more relaxed and renewed to go back to work and get on with their day. Wellbeing is taken very seriously by most companies these days and the staff really appreciate it. It increases presence in the office and performance too. 


Naviguant- Part of their well-being week, we did some chair yoga and meditation in their offices. The managers all came for the event. The feedback was that it was great because they didn’t need to have yoga mats and leggings to do yoga and meditation in between the office hours and still got the stress free feeling. 


VISA- The company was going through restructuration being bought by another company and needed a change management training day. Dipa went to deliver a full day of yoga, chair yoga, meditation and talk on how to embrace change and specific exercises to deal with anxiety linked to uncertainty over the course of several months .
