Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and teachers weave together yogic teachings and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental and intuitive states. Dipa is a very experienced teacher and very strong himself. He adjusts a lot during the class so that you can achieve a great practice. He is also very fun so the atmosphere is very light and welcoming. All levels are welcome and Derry will help you if it is your first class!
