We're back with another antidote for London living... Yin Yoga & Massage Fusion. For those of you that missed out on our 2019 dates, we're offering you another chance to book. This time round we're bringing in Yoga teacher, author and wellness expert, Dipa Trivedi (Yoga Muni)!
Join Dipa, Natalie & Robyn for a deep yin yoga practise - with added benefit of therapeutic adjusts & holistic massage techniques, for a luxurious total body work-in! We will be focusing on common problematic areas of tension; leaving you feeling connected, de-stressed, nurtured & thoroughly revived.
