At Yoga Muni we believe in the individual approach.
Whatever your age, gender or physical condition, you can tone-up, be more flexible, strengthen, lengthen your spine and balance your body & mind.
We offer yoga classes in English, French, Spanish and Hindi in Central and West London. Each class is designed to give you a full body work out, whilst still being fun.
You can choose from private, group, corporate classes or courses for complete beginners or more advanced.
Yoga is a preventive approach to maintaining a healthy body and mind. Hatha Yoga focuses on physical health whilst Raja Yoga on training the mind.
Our classes give the best of both disciplines by offering the maximum in a class; structured breathing, meditation, a sequence of postures and relaxation.
If you're feeling pressed for time, why not bring yoga at work.
If you have a specific area which needs attention or want to shape up gently after giving birth, try our restorative yoga class.
Historically, yoga was practiced by men and children as part of their education at school. Yoga has benefits for all.
